It's been ages since I touched this addon, I'm not sure if I made that a feature or not. Per usual anything I've uploaded in gmod can be re-uploaded by other communities without providing credit to me or my affiliates since this is all bethesda assets anyways. So you can try extracting the files and simply editing the attach timer and just reuploading privately to gmod or through your server files addon list. I only recall allowing the distance in which the slave can travel being able to be edited in game.

It's alright, I figured it out. I found it in shared.lua on line 542.
