Unnatural Death Causes

Can I turn a few deth causes off so that these will not be occured in my game? Alien Encounter, Poisoning, etc seems unrealistic to me.

Then can I regard such death causes as symptoms of Schizophrenia or some kinds of Psychosis?

Actually there are hidden entitles in Surviving Mars, like easter eggs. Little green men is one of them. They look like small "greys" like the alien from Family Guy.
Normally not exposed, but Choggi has a mod to make them walk around.
Then I found these guys. Some sort of tip o the hat to paradox maybe. They like lamas ...
