Just the glasses?
Even if the bald look don't make it, I hope the glasses alone have a chance.

Or maybe this can be an All-class Cosmetic? Granted some classes are already bald and Spy won't remove his mask for anyone. But those glasses will look good on other classes.

Idea for a third style
Style 1 (Serious): Default
Style 2 (Furious): No glasses
Style 3: (Curious): Just glasses

Something that's just the glasses has already been submitted to the workshop, and it's allclass. I won't link it as it'd be rude.

well i dont think this has to change into an allclass/multiclass cosmetic. Look at the gaelic glutton for example, it looks like it can be all class, but it isnt and it's not a point people bring up about it. So yeah... That's my opinion.
