I think it's a Bonk Atomic Punch or Crit-o-Cola reskin. If this was accepted, then Valve will make their own Stats.

There could be also something like rotten tomato which inflicts something like Disgusted. And Disgusted would block any regen and healing for 5-10 secs.

Or it could be like the christmas wrap where its a reskin but with different stats

Obstructing someones veiw is a great idea.

A simple thing that could be done is that it can be somewhat similar to the Mad Milk, but instead of recovering health and such, it marks the victim for death for 2-8 seconds depending how close they are to the impact of the hit of the tomato. Also for this weapon, it'd have a respawn time similar to that of the Razorback. Throwing at friendly teammates could heal for a small health kit but not extinguish flames.
