Selecting Singplayer and Keeps Turning into zombie lord

So I just recently got into Gmod and Im just lost lol. I've downloaded this gamemode through workshop and everyitme I create a singleplayer game i see no ai zombie and I get selected to become zombie lord which ends the game...

If someone could help me out I would truly appreciate it.

The game's supposed to be a multiplayer game,not cooperative at all... It's like Zombie Master,one starts as the Zombie Master,and has to impede from survivors winning!
