Hi Dyasty! As i mentioned in a comment, (and it's okay if you didn't see it :3 ) he does not need a saddle. You can ride him however you please. It is possible that the saddle requirements earlier before the August 5th update showed up empty and you could not ride him except with a /forcetame, but that was fixed. However, if he still shows up as unrideable, please let me know and i will look into the issue.
