1. Numidian Cavalry = 5x Legionaries , OP
2. Numidian mercenaries > Roman Legionary , rly ?

Um...Numidians were largely recognized to be the literal best cavalry in the world... They kinda have to be good. And yeah, they are going to be better than a legionary, and yeah they are going to be better than any Roman mounted unit cause the Romans had ♥♥♥♥ for cavalry. That's why they used so many germans and gauls, cause it sure wasn't for their iron discipline.
