20th century boy gives you sometimes a shield, idk how that works
lil wekapio gives you a new familiar and an orange spin around you which damages enemies when it's touched.
ballbreaker replaces your tears with steelballs that are kinda like boomerang tears, but they stay longer.
cream starter gives you 2 soul hearts
both Diego's attack automatically nearby enemies, but the alt Diego stuns all enemies for a few seconds at the start of a new room
Civil War blocks your tears, I think it has another ability tho, but im not sure.

To add on to what you said
Tubular Bells acts like the sticky expanding bomb tears but reskinned to look like the stand.
Dino Diego charms enemies.
Tusk replaces tears with nails.
Act 2 creates a hole that goes behind you and damages enemies.
Act 3 spawns a turret that constantly shoots.
Act 4 throws a bomb down a hole like Little Horn does.
Ticket to Ride spawns a Steven Steel beggar in shops and when you give him enough coins he'll spawn 3 pedestal items.
In a Silent Way makes tears that give random status effects.
Wekapipo confuses enemies.
The only one I don't know is Civil War.

What their abilities in TboI?

Figured out Civil War, after it gets enough tears absorbed, it deals massive damage based on stats in the room, including bosses.

Funny valentine doesn't shoot tears, but D4C acts like Crazy Diamond and unleashes a flurry of punches. The american flag makes you place a mark that teleports you after a couple of seconds

Civil War blocks your tears but after a while that you hit him, he'll clear up the Room (Even Boss Rooms)

while Mandom basically is a Glowing Hour Glass on random hits

Ticket to ride does spawn a steven steel beggar, but you dont give it money you actually give him ticket to ride

Ticket to Ride does spawn Stephen Steel, but it also gives you an all stats up based on luck. So with Hey Ya!, which gives 1000 luck, it can give you some very overpowered stats
