Would it be possible for you to make it to where an admin can toggle the visibility of vests and helmets in the options, whenver that option is added?

Would it be possible to make it so where it can be put on NPCs and that would give them damage resistance like if a player put one on?

What about a outland vest? lore: a vest made with scavenged materials. worn by rebels in the outland. (the outland is in ep2) Stats and Misc: this will block 36% of the damage coming at your
chest but it has a chance to break on you after all its made from scavenged resources found in a dump And hunter flechettes will stick to the vest cause it sounds cool.

I knew that PCV=HEV, It's just that I found it cool to have it on his player model, like a rebel with PCV. it change from the full suit of gordon. Also your idea of Outland Vest Is nice.

along the fact of how you got the idea from SCP:CB, you should put an optional sensitivity lowering for the bulky vest, Just another way to reference.

Can you make the vests custimizable so you can add more or less blockage/effectiveness? Oh, and maybe change the color. That would be cool.

How about a ballistic mask and a vest which is completely bullet proof for admins only and acts like your wearing a metal plate :D

Can the Bulky Vest have purpose in later updates. Like 90% bullet and explosion resistance only if you have 50 or above health?

Something with a TF2 model could ve nice and a custom vest/helmet that lets you edit the damage reduction and the movility speed
