wait im confused are these stats for the weapon or shield?

It litteraly says Shield Is Two Of The Stats And Has Resistance... IT'S THE
SHIELD!!

Positive Stats:
High Knockback when hit a player while charging
+30% Fire Resistance
+30% Bullet Resistance
+15% Shield recharge rate
Negative Stats:
-45% Charge Damage
Broken when there´s to damage in front of the player
-30% Projectile Vulnerability

what would happen if you just rid the charging ability and just add more resistance types?
