May be ( of course ) that nagatythe ) and order of lore master meritt to have some good units too
so some building for it .
for naga...(^^) i like to have some quick 2 handed spear with gerrilla/slalk attributes to protect
archer having same wearing . And i boost the bow of shadow archer amo to half AP damage and
give them all 2 sword.
For order may some mouted swordmaster like in glory mod H elve some archer firing flamming arrow to go well with teclis power; and some flying unit too

ah there is a strange behavior with city construction hammer with small settlement :
when your small town is full filled with max upgraded buildind is still the hammer blinking
like if you have a hidden 5th slot as soon you have enough money to build a non build building.

Alarielles ability Spiritual Defenders references to the Sisters of Avelorn say "Melee defence: \+n for Sisters of Avelorn" and "Recruit: \+n turn for Sisters of Avelorn Units (min. 1) (all provinces"

It doesn't do anything to either the recruitment time or the melee defence.

Also, Alarielles trait "The Radiant" shows "Missile damage: \+n for Sisters of Avelorn and Handmaiden" (Lord's Army). I don't believe that's working either.

Minor buildings for empire have lost their garrisons. They are present at the very start of the game for the secessionists but as soon as the first town is captured they disappear. Main [Altdorf] is not affected by this. Is anyone else having this problem? I have disabled all other mods except the SWO-RD mods required but it makes no difference. Garrisons have disappeared.

Do you mean that after you capture Grunburg (for example) playing as the Empire, then you don't have Garrison if the AI attacks you there?

yes the tier I, II and Tier III Minor [Region} settlement buildings such as Tier I Village don't have garrisons - there is no garrison units showing in these buildings in the building browser.
This appears to only effect Empire as I loaded a new game for HE and their minor settlement buildings have the correct garrison units. In my latest playthrough - after capturing all Seccesionist regions - Helmgart was attacked by the orcs and had only 2 units as garrison [ for the tier I Military building]. There should also have been 5 or 6 units for the settlement itself as well.

some units dont appear to have models. I have noticed two so far: the heavy archers from saphery and the spearmen from avelorn. When i checked using the variantmeshes the units in question were missing.

I've corected the missing variantmesh for the HE, and also the missing garrison for Empire minor settlements

thanks for the update Stephane. Also, great job with this mod - it adds the regional flavour this game should have had from the beginning from CA and I am particularly pleased to have it for the empire which with its medieval style was crying out for the heraldic flair you have brought us.
Reallly awesome job - Thank You.

Also, will you be doing Bretonnia? The natural heraldry of its factions would really suit this mod.

Hi, the griffon riders of chrace currently have no animations just so you know :)

In terms of the Griffon riders, I simply used the PFM and changed the animation in land unit tables to hu1_empire_bc2_griffon_wb_sword_shield, because for whatever reason the one you had in there wasn't working, and now they work fine :)
