Even when the material pack is installed, every material has a checkered overlay.

That's strange, try to delete all 3 addon .gma files in /garrysmod/addons folder and redownload it.

I'm having an issue with the skybox being broken atm. If I don't look at the sky I can see it. otherwise it goes black.

the sky could use a little blue instead of a Fallout 3/New Vagas greyish sky

Please fix the darkness in the vault. and make a pre war version as well.

It'd also be nice to make the vault door openable and closeable, and more RPable.
