Missing textures bug Solved!
Even though I installed Screaming Steel and everything else needed I still have missing texture issues and I have screnshots in case you want to look at it

Edit: Incase anybody else is suffering from the same issue again I might have a solution for it verifying the game cache and playing the maps solo and then playing maps on a real server.

Look at what I posted and it should help.
