Condition to interact with other factions
Hello,

All messages in Rimworld are assumed to be telepathic from a town leader to another.
What if you actually needed a powered radio and a valid operator to receive them (and even know there is message in the queue) ?

There are a bunch of events in this mod that already require a Comms Console, but it shifts the focus more towards late-game. That's quite a downside.

I think the assumption of telepathy is alright, considering it's already well-established in RimWorld.

what if instead of telophy a vister from that faction comes in at the same time that message arives that way its like they sent a messanger.
