Make sure the gamemode is set to Jazztronauts and that you are starting a multiplayer game (Top right corner, drop-down menu; you need to do this for the gamemode to work, but you can just set it to a 2-player local server if playing by yourself). Then you can just load jazz_bar and it should send you to the correct map.
