I got 100 shards to start the festival and the bartender said something about everyone getting into the trolley, the level reloaded and now there's no NPCs and the trolley's nowhere to be seen. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting and restarting the game to no avail. Anyone know how to get the festival to activate?

I'm in a multiplayer local server but I'm the only one playing, if that matters.
