List of conflicting addons
This is just a thread for finding out some of the addons that conflict with this one. If you know of any that aren't on the list, please post them.

Current list:
Advanced Cloak SWEP - Causes issues with the bar's map selector TV
The Aperture - Causes issues with the bar's map selector TV
Atmos - Causes script errors
Improved Stealth Mod - Causes script errors
SOMA Nextbots
Back to Deathpoint
Link's Player Resizer Revived
Ragdoll Resizer - (May or may not actually be incompatible, use at own risk)
Permapoly Weld and Prop Shrinker
HL2 Revamped and New Weapons - Causes script errors
Advanced Nanosuit - Causes stolen props to just disappear instead of being taken by Kleiners and breaks the Run weapon
PAC3 - May mess up some cutscene dialogue, possibly only with larger PACs
RagMod V3 - Minor confliction, causes you to respawn on top of your body if you die while ragdolled
Manual Weapon Pickup - Prevents you from stealing world brushes
WAC Aircraft - Causes script errors
Vape SWEP
Customizable Weaponry 2.0
Backdoor Buster - Stops the bus from appearing when selecting a map
The Thinker - May cause the quest UI to not appear and the cats to repeat single lines of dialogue.
No Player Collision / No Player Collision (One or both of these) - Causes bus to spawn at player instead of target.
Enhanced Camera - May cause entire body to show on screen.
Blood mods (notably Brutal Blood Mod and Real Life Blood REDUX ) - may cause various issues.
TacMove - Interferes with run SWEP's jump height.
Simple Map IO Viewer
Custom Loadout - Causes you to always spawn with an empty inventory.

I found Advanced Cloak SWEP makes the tv have noclip issues
I was messing with it because I couldn't select maps. Speaking of which, even though I can't walk through the tv anymore, I can't select a map. The GUI that I've heard people talk about doesn't pop up, so I assume there still remain addons that interfere with it.

There's not actually a GUI as far as i know, though there may have been before. All that happens now, at least for me, without any other addons enabled, is the TV shows an image and the name of whatever map it chooses. Maybe it's supposed to have a GUI, i dunno.

That might actually be why mine is happening too, i'll take a look and see if that's my only problem. Thanks for this.

Edit: Ok, just tried it out, looks like that was it. Thanks again. I'll probably just convert this to a confliction report thread now or something.

In this instance, the map selector means the in-game one rather than the selection from the menu, I apologize I also got confused. Screenshots would be lovely, thank you. If you could make a discussion thread yourself, I'll do what I can to try and get you into the game :)

Can't help you there myself, but you may have some other mod conflicting with this. Obviously these aren't the only ones that do, but they're the only ones that have been mentioned thus far. Try disabling all your addons and restarting your game. Alternatively you could just try uninstalling Jazztronauts, deleting the GMA from your addons folder, and reinstalling it.

so i've tried disabling all of the mods but jazztronauts and restarted my game bit it still doesn't work, is there a link i can have to instal the bar or the intro?

I'll pass these on and report back if anyone has ideas. I'm the only member of the team around at the moment, and with a caveat of not having technical knowledge here, but my first thought would be that windows xp one interfering in some way. If you can also take a screenshot of what you see after setting up the gamemode from the new game menu that would be very helpful.

You could try entering into the console "map jazz_intro" (without the quotation marks). If that fails, i'd recommend uninstalling Jazztronauts, deleting the GMA files from your addons folder, and reinstalling.
