A couple friends and I are trying o play this but it appears that playing by just making a standard server makes things not 100 percent "compatable" as in

1. they can not buy thinsgs.
2.they cannot steal things.

my main problem at the moment is that my server can not find the map. I thought it would be "jazz_bar" or "jazz_bar.bsp" but that hasn't worked. if someone would be so kind i would apreciate it thanks. any more information needed can be added on for ya
