I'll usually do them as long as the maps load in GMod, and another map icon addon in the workshop has not already covered them.

Portal 2 icons would be nice.

Last I checked, Portal 2 maps don't even load in Gmod so icons would be pointless. I make the icons in Gmod itself so I would not even be able to make them if the maps don't load.
