Low force limit- not sure if this is a bug, or is something which is meant to happen with the mod
I am playing as Whiterun, and have expanded a bit, but my force limit has not changed. I currently have 252 development, but my force limit is still at 11- what I started with. Is it supposed to be this low at this level of development? It's making it really, REALLY hard to maintain vassals and expand, as I am hemorrhaging ducats with just 17k troops and barely keeping my vassals in line. Further, rebel groups from lands I conquer are consistently putting out more than 15k troops, making it really hard to keep my manpower up. It's not a problem with my local autonomy, which (right after eating 9 provinces from a dwemer neighbor) averages only 27%.

Hello! The forcelimit was indeed reduced a couple of updates before. We are aware about the issues you wrote and have attept to fix it in our master build, that we hope to release with 1.33 version of the game. If you have any other balance issues, please, let us know :)

Thanks! It has definitely made things more challenging for me (I am definitely not a top-tier player by any stretch), but I have still been able to expand a bit, and with a few choices to increase my force limit I am able to hold my own. I have also noticed the AI also seems to have the same limitations, which has kept some balance to it.
