About Oblivion portals and the Oblivion crisis
I feel like there's info on this somewhere but I've been struggling to find it. I know that portals can be opened to the planes of Oblivion but I'm curious when this can happen, whether the AI countries can trigger and whether I can have any sway over when this happens as an overworld country (currently playing as Elsweyr).

I'm currently well past the year 700 and serious blobbing is happening. I want things to start getting a little spicy, or start a new game as a Daedric nation a little before the Oblivion crisis (if this is possible). I'm not entirely sure how in game dates correlate to in lore dates though.

Hello! The portals from Oblivion ot Nirn can be opned only by Oblivion nations. They either need to unify Oblivion plane or wait till 1600 year.

As an update I do somehow have a visual on the planes of Oblivion but I don't seen any countries there. Even though there does appear to be fortresses and buildings in some provinces, when I click on them, they say uncolonized. Is this a bug or is this just because I've never lifted the fog on these areas?
