Start Mundus Program?
So, so far the game has been going great. Some minor hiccups but no fatal crashes and I have been playing for almost a millennium now!

However I see this decision called "Start Mundus Program" with some decidedly terrible negative effects and no obvious benefits. Am I missing something or what happens should I elect to start this program?

Uh, well, these are decisions to colonise Masser and Secunda, as it was presumably done in the 3 Era I think. So… you can try to press that decision and see if you get any bonuses later… if nothing, or bonuses are too small - just message me :)

Yup, in the lore both the Empire and Elves achieved space flight and literally made Space Marines, I will not spoil how that went however, if you want to look it up search Imperial Mananauts
