I have the civic, system, and resources, what do I do now? I looked in megastructures through a construction ship, and it says I could build it but it wont let me do so in the Lehon system (my starting system, and yes the one that says starforge). Am I missing something? Also I am using it through the star wars portraits and systems mod that combines a lot of them. Any response would be appreciated, but I do know this mod hasnt been updated in a while.
