I still don't see why a casual player wouldn't want to wear this. It just seems based off of your experience and assumptions, you are already trying to apply a stereotype to this hat even before it gets in-game.
If the hat went through I think soldier should definitely be a class included based on his personality, but other than that the curent 3 classes definitely seem appropriate.
I love 40k so props for making a 40k theme, BUT I think the hat looks too similar to TC and Patriot's Peak so perhaps you could find some unique hat style from 40k that fits a class or multiple classes.
Guys, just keep the hat the way it is, dont even stereotype it thats just dumb. It's a Commisar hat from Warhammer 40,000 and thats badass. STFU about stereotypes and enjoy it, especially you, Envy.
