I tried to put the hat on my counterpart's hair, but her hair is sticking out.

I'm curious to know... How do you bend the hairstyles of the octolings, including making the ears round? I can't use the advanced bone tool, once I bone merge the hairstyles with inklings. Or edit the bones on the hairstyle, then put it on the inklings.
