i ran into an issue when doing the rimworld tutorial. one of the first things the tutorial has you do is plant rice which records your step completion by creating a growing zone and then selecting rice as the plant. while the mint plant menu is enabled selecting the rice as a plant would not further the progress the tutorial. i had to use the vanilla plant menu to further progress the tutorial.
