Wow Kurt, that is some amazing work you've done! If you can send me objects in .txt file I can make another version (aka Present Day) that would have those buildings included?

I just use CUP building and few cup smaller structure, with this script : http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=26225
I have just change the VR block classname by the CUP building classname. You can find the classname if you unpbo the mission, they are inside the Zen_GenerateVRArea.sqf (_largeBox for building, _smallBox for smaller structure)
