I see the use of having a total annexation demand, but my problem with the idea is that a country would never accept that demand due to haveing no reason to, and would rather go to war then ever accept it in most cases.

Oringally my plan was to have this as a modifier but just forgot about it while i was making the mod, but ill go add it in, thanks for reminding me about it!

Did not notice the mistake, ill go fix it once i update the mod!

I think the percentage of the target country accepting should go higher if the player is strong.
I tried once again as Germany, owning all of Scandinavia, USSR, Benelux, Czechoslovakia and Romania, I asked 1 state from Bulgaria, and they denied my request, whearas UK accepted to be my puppet.... I think we should increase the percentage of them accepting it should the nation activating has a much stronger stand like in my case ( I had 360 divisions BTW )

The percentage of the target country does go higher if the player is strong. But there is still a chance that they will refuse so you might've gotten lucky with Britain and unlucky with Bulgaria.

Maybe stuff like demand surrender if a war is going your way, or perhaps demand military equitment. Demand leave faction, maybe? Or possibly demand de-militerisation of a state with a 1 year cooldown?
