Domination Rex is breedable! (S+ required)
I did some testing and the Indom Rex is indeed breedable if you use the S+ Propagator (and not the S+ Mutator which can initialize the mating and gestuation process but you won´t get an offspring that way). Only thing is you have to use 2 Indoms of the same "species", so only Tek with Tek, Aberrant with Abberant, etc can breed.
Propagator gives you a special egg (looks like the golden egg) which can be incubated and is hatchable like any other egg. You´ll get a female Indom baby out of this egg like you´d get out of an crafted egg, but without the server wide message.

Hi, I can't find a Propagator in my Engrams. What do you mean?

You need to install S+ (id=731604991), then you can craft the Propagator (it´s pretty endgame, engram lvl is >100 but you can change this).
You´ll need element to fuel it.

My Tek Indo did mate but no egg dropped, any idea of what happened?
Nevermind, looks like the mutator doesn't work indeed, it have to be a propagator.

Yep, Mutator doesn't work properly on some Dinos but Propagator works on any, I also bred reaper kings with it.

Breeding them with best eggs and S+ works too. Use the enable breeding pulse on the mutator to force a gestation and the best eggs mod will pick up the baby (make sure parents are in range) and make it into a special egg which you can modify and hatch
