use the custom dino mode (spawn from play as dino and summon an indom and then tame it to ride it). as long as you're invisible like you should be, i think it'll work. idk about nesting and breeding though

Or just type its code into the custom bar of the dino select area. Under the human button. It will spawn as and adult even if the baby option is clicked, it will just be a slightly lower level.
