the hecu radio is for pure decoration, random chatters occur.
the intercom needs speakers liked to it, then you turn it on and make some noise with guns or anything else that makes sound, it will transmit to all speakers connected

but i tried on black mesa npcs and they dont transmit sound

you can test by putting the HECU radio in front of it, that will transmit, and any combat sounds, i think npcs are excluded with the exception of nextbots

i mean the intercom i tried put npc in front of intercom and this dosent transmit or if you could be good and make video schowcasing and showing how to use these entities
