Playing on ASA single player Valguero map and there are zero npc's spawned per the cheat ScriptCommand getnpcsinfo true command, although it does list all the settings that I placed in the ini. This mod was installed before the game initally started and I did perform a wild dino wipe anyway with no success. If i start a game on the Island, there are npc's there and the mod appears to be functioning properly. Any ideas?
