he is already considering that its in my discussion post of frequently asked questions he will add it if it makes sense how he adds it they are supposed to be humans not animals so making them breed is like forcing them to when they normally wouldnt want to think of it as your treating them as slaves to make more slave babies its cruel and makes you seem like evil person lol so he may add a unique mechanic to it like they only get 1 mate and only mate with that one person no other of the opposite gender sort of like marriage
