It appears he were missing his dialogue on Lady Vengeance and in Arx, should be fixed now!
When reinstalling a mod, did you actually delete it from your mods folder or did you just unsubscribe? Because unsubscribing is not enough, as the mod is still in the folder. It just won't update it. To properly reinstall, go to your Documents/Larian Studios/Divinity Original Sin 2/Mods folder and delete Resonator. Steam will then reinstall the mod when you launch the game if you're still subscribed.
Hmm, that didn't work either. the file was successfully deleted and reinstall but the merchant is Still MIA
Though I do wonder, is he still missing if you load other runs or start a new one?
