What type of hats are we taking here?
Will the random hats be class pacific type depending on whos wearing it or will it be just all class hats or both?

My idea is class specific hats + all class, depending on character wearing it. Random to the max!

well, that's a bit unbalanced, and it feels weird to say that ON A HAT, but imagine getting a bill's hat or a max head. Or a Burning Flames team captain, that would be very confusing. And I like the idea, but just changing the front image of the hat would be better
