An Idea
I think it should be a new pda that lets the engi build a mobile kind of base at the cost of no teleporters.

Mobile kind of base so we need to think of something to replace the dispenser.

You could give a nice buff to this sentry and remove the dispenser from the build list or replace it with something else.
Also if you make this sentry viable trough PDA, what happens if you use both a gunslinger and the new PDA?
I will keep my opinion, i think you should keep with the idea of using a wrench with a right button especial ability to make it move to a waypoint.
