Is Combine them All compatible with:
- Torchfun The Overhaul?
- Epic Overhaul?
- Awesome Classes Reborn?
- Far East Preview Pack 1 & 2?
- Synergies?
- Torchlight 2 Enhanced?
- Haknslashessentials?

and what would be the correct order in the Mod launcher?

I used to play with this mod several years ago back before TL2-Ace mod existed.

In those days - I did load this with Synergies, Far East, and Class Packs.
I consider this mod as an alternative to the TL2-Essentials mod.
Some recipes may override each other however it's mostly compatible.

Combine them All
Far East
Class Packs
Synergies

Any smaller mods would be placed on top and any other dungeon mods would be placed on bottom.
