maybe make its so that released states can unite, and make things like "burgundy-lorraine" or "occitane-aquitaine"

Things like that are planned, but will be implemented once i finish adding all the countries.

Going off of Sporus's comment, could releasable nations form countries?
(EX: Burgundy takes all of French states, can form France, or Francia)

Yes, that was one of the features in the original mod and will be added after i add in all the countries.

It's a part of burgundy. I put it there because it makes the borders look nice (And Alsace holds a little bit of lorraine)

Not a bug but a compatibility update for expanded resources mod users:

The mod seems to delete all added resources from the expanded resorces mod. Earlyer unstable version of releasable states didn't have this incompatibility.

This is a suggestion, in my opinion with the last mod you made which was this but finished, it only featured a small amount of American releaseable countries. I would love, if you can release all the states, or maybe deseret. Also, I am not the only one suggesting this another player has commented this but it was on the old mod. Thanks for seeing my suggestion I hope you remake your mod very soon!

The first mod was and is incomplete. It broke down just as i started to add in american releasables. I will probs develop this mod in the same order as the other mod. So all of you wanting america will have to wait.

I was kind of wondering if you were interested in adding Russian states as well as city states. They would be an amazing edition to the mod. Doing a great job so far!

I remember someone report this a long time ago in the original mod: Friesland & Brabant are no longer core states of the Netherlands... :/

when using this with formable nations galicia is "albanian federation"
