Hey guys, I'll try to keep this up to date on what has been suggested before.

Added:
✔ Flies sound and sickness / sadness when near piles of feces
✔ Ability to use toilets with right click
✔ Expand list of TP
✔ Add iron gut/weak stomach modifiers
✔ Have diarrhea effect nutrition (you lose calories/thirst)
✔ Ability to configure mod (how fast % goes up, etc)
✔ Ability to defecate without using the button

Will not be added:
✘ Urination
✘ Random farts
✘ Defecation % based on nutrition (it uses the moodles currently)
✘ Custom traits
