the scrubber zone is stuck, even if you right click the mode selection button.

the triboelectric scrubber work zone is stuck and i cant and it doesnt go off even if i right click the mode selection button. but the work zone of other buildings like drone hubs work fine.

as soon as I enable the Toggle Zone mod all zones from all buildings are visible all the time.

Here's the save:

auto trade and tourism
better zoom

colonist rebalance
show dust grid
deposit refill
commander show radius
rotate all
subsurf depth
and have choggi's library enabled

Try turning off Visual Load, Better Zoom, Show Dust Grid, Rotate All and restart. See if you have the problem again. Sounds like an incompatibility with something you have running.

Thanks for your reply. Did that. Then, after enabling Toggle zones, reenabled others one by one to find the culprit. Everything working on a new save. Not on the one I sent you though. Weird. But ok I guess.

That's the point. With all the above listed mods active, the game was fine. For some minutes... Then zones started showing again after resizing. Testing again (skyrim syndrome activated). Will post if I find out.

OK let me know. If its a Choggi mod I can colaborate with him to make iit compatible. The others not so much.

So... Tested.

Problem:
one ore more original full zones are showing all the time, even if turned Off ("don't show")
Replication steps:
1.build a drone hub (from prefab?)
2.turn to "always show"
3.resize the zone
4.build several (5) more drone hubs near the first one
5.turn to "always show"
6.resize the zones of all built hubs
7.turn all hub's zones to "never show"
8.observe one ore more original full zones stay

Sorry to bother, but it's such an effective mod for proper resources distribution. I know people write you all the time about how your mods are essential, and I think this is also the case. If not for this mod, you'd have to mark a place before construction each time, for hubs to be able to reach to and deliver all the necessary resources (but you already know that :steambored:). BTW, if this'll turn out to be only my problem, - don't bother, I'll manage without this one. Don't want to keep you from creating more awesome mods :steamhappy:.

Tested on the latest game version, each time starting a new game (creation mode) after restart, with the two following mod configs:
  • with only Zone Toggle (all other disabled and unsubscribed)
  • with your following mods:
Deposit Auto Refill
Subsurface Depth
Sherlock
NASA Education System
Extended Relocation Info
Colonist Rebalance
Career A.I
Automated Tradepad
Automated Tourism
All Domes
Mod Config Reborn
Toggle Work Zone

mr brain, thanks for posting the instructions to replicate and the game save. Indeed I found the issue.
I am tracking down in the source code of the game where I can make adjustments to prevent the ghost work zone from remaining.
It is due to the fact you have a drone hub programmed to always show the work zone and then you build a new hub.
The always show hub will leave the ghost zone.

It is something that may take me a bit of time to track down in the games code, but i'll find it.
That said, there is a solution. I did program in a function that does a cleanup of these things.
Select the hub you have the ghost zone on and right click the toggle work zone button. You may have to do it a few times if there are more than one ghost zones, but that will reset everything and clean out the coruption.

Not ideal, but for now it will get you going without too much effort and cleanup you game. You will need to reselect all your choices again for TWZ if you had them set elsewhere.

I'll have a fix shortly to prevent this effect.
