Lords of Calradia 0.6
The new update is out. You will have to start a new game if you update to 0.6.
Bandits now originate from fiefs, and extra dialog has been added to interact with bandits.
More development has been added to your children, before they join your party giving you more options to customize them.
I have added the option to assault the gates or walls during sieges.
During defense you can choose the gate or wall option as well, I know some of you wanted to be able to do that.
Combat AI has been improved and the AI now uses formations and a straightforward advance technique which I feel improves battles.
All tournaments are now fought on foot and AI fighting has been improved.
You can also have larger armies without as many morale problems.

I hope you guys enjoy the updates let me know what kind of errors you run into, remember that you will get errors if you don't start a new game after updating.

Just a small question: Why did you disable horses for tournaments?

The ai always get stuck on the walls when theyre on horses.

Im planning on adding some kind of jousting tourney, we ll see if I can make it work well.

I don't know if this is already there, but what if you could add the Custom Troop Tree mod? Basically, once you have your own kingdom, you can have your own troops that can be customized and used by you and all of your vassals.

@DimitrisGr2000 I think, for now, its a bit hard to balance everything because he already has bodyguard and noble units. Also, I'd rather have a stable mod that goes good with everything thats it adding, instead of very many mods that were just smashed together.

You can add this to the #Suggestion Discussion of course.

Hmm, i see. Though, when i created a new savegame, i got a message saying "custom troops loaded" and i thought that this would've been already added.

@Olaf Yea I agree with you I have a lot of scripts to write and things to polish/balance so adding big osps probably wont happen any time soon. I am adding dedals tavern animations though because its an easy to merge osp.
@Dimitri that refers to the noble and barracks troop. I will be adding more items for those troops in the future, I hope you enjoy it even though its not your ideal set up.

Hmm i see, also i wanted to ask, are you considering perhaps increasing tournament/arena payouts and enterprise profit?

@DimitrisGr2000 I don't know but I don't feel like it really needs any change right now. Tournament Payouts are pretty nice in early game since you can get good early money but later you get enough out of cities and villages.
Enterprises seem pretty bad and yes a bit of change in regard of trade and a bit more profit out of them would help in building your kingdom, but I am not too sure about these changes, since they impact the game itself pretty heavy.
