Subterfuge Skill
Hello! I find this new skill but i didn't find enough information about it. I have some questions:

1) Is subterfuge a personal, leader or party skill?
2) When do i use this skill? Is it for looting villages or just lords?
3) How interact looting skill with subterfuge?
4) Is there any reason to give a companion points in this skill?
