Possible way to play with K&M and a controller
FORCE OFF the option "Steam input per-game settings" and "Use your global steam input settings" in the game propieties and reestart steam.

Launch game in Big Picture, go to "Controller Options" and "Rearrange Controller Order", Set your Control in 2.

Just start the game via console or addon normaly, no more "in_forceuser" command.

You need to access to Controller options via [Shift + TAB]
