I have been having this issue too, I will be playing and just randomly crash, and after paying attention to when it happens I noticed that certain things that don't make sense caused it

1. Do not press the F key to open inventory, the other buttons you use to open it does work fine, just don't press the F button. I realized that after not pressing it I pretty much never crashed

2. Don't use ctrl z to lay down too much. I've noticed that if use too much, or you stay laying down too long it may crash, you can use it just be careful. And on top of that don't backup your dino while laying down either.
