Yes, there are, the most known is Axeman's Play as Dino Server, soon to be reworked to PvP and PvE, its IP is: 176.57.178.96:28700
You should definetly join Axeman's Discord server though.

I should also mention that the server is hosted from England, so you may not be able to access it, if your region has some filtration.

So uh.. What's the password it asks for? I used battle metrics and steam gives me a window, asking for the server password.

Oh. Can't join anyways, game says it's unable to query invite.
I'm guessing that's because I am in the experimental branch, but my game has a fatal error if I try to play without it. Rip me.

Server is down now due to the respawn glitch, but join the discord to keep up on when the mod gets fixed and its all back up
