If she is capable of becoming admin she can actually transport herself back into her own tribe via showmyadminmanager and I believe Forceplayertojointargettribe and by looking directly at the dino that is in her previous tribe. Depending on what dino you are she can actually KO tame you or Passive tame you. That depends on what dino you plan to be. But since you switch dinos too often your gonna need to choose a dino your gonna play often and to try to not die with in order to avoid this Issue. Perhaps a Direwolf so you can attempt to grow a large strong Ground Pack. But in the future you will eventually take part in underwater fights and later you will need strong Ground tames to fight in a brutal ground Arena. The rockdrake is another option, because even though it is not an aquatic creature it can swim pretty well and with a saddle can take a beating. Also because of it's versatility with being able to carry 1-2 people and a versatile option of stats to put points in like weight, health, attack, and if you are able to...movement speed.
