Can't recruit units (seljuks)
Eventhough there is enough population, money and nescessary building, I can't recruit ghulam units... Is that a bug?

To recruit Ghulam units, you must build a slave resource in any settlement in your kingdom or trade with a faction that owns the slave resource.
