Can't recruit mortars and great bombards
Just like in the topic.

I constructed Royal Workshop but Mortar and Great Bombard are still greyed out.
Do I need additional building or maybe technology?

Nvm, I had to invent "Gun foundry" and it unlocked mortar and great bombard.
