saved game crashes after today's update
could anyone help please?

No. Start a new campaign. How often do they have to say savages don't work anymore? They work for free, they don't have to take care of savegame compatibility.

you may have said this 100000 times but this is the first time I know that this mod's update does not have savegame compatibility. And I just automatically updated the mod when I open steam, without any warning

I appreciate the work put into this and I did a new campaign, those saves from earlier today won't load, others have the same problem...

Does it happen even if you subscribed to the new part 8 and you have verified all other parts are definitely updated?

for me i passed 90 turns ironman mode with Ayyubids and no crashes thank GOD

to be honest my total war games never crashes at all ,never experienced this issue after moded medieval II

I was having this issue at the end of some siege battles & then the saved game + autosave kept crashing & id have to revert to a save 5+ turns ago - this happened 3 times yesterday on a campaign i made the day before.

Started a new campaign after the most recent update, now crashing on loading on turn 109.

Have reinstalled the mods still crashing on loading.

Shame as really enjoying it now mercenaries etc have been added.
