Agent actions not possible
I am unable to use all agent actions.
Examples:

- Cannot use spy, assassin or priest action on friendly character
- Cannot assassinate governors even thought I get missions for them
- Cannot use assassin action in general (leveled up fully and yet it's not working if there are any?)

Does anyone know if this is a bug from my side or how to fix it?

yes it is programmed wrong in the mod pack, you have to fix it manually if you are familiar with modding packs.
